Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural concentration or equivalent.
• Active PE or SE license is required.
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and documentation for complex building projects.
• Develop conceptual designs and evaluate structural systems.
• Establish design criteria and perform code research.
• Develop and manage work plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Perform and oversee structural analysis and design.
• Coordinate structural systems with other disciplines.
• Lead project reviews and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Mentor and review junior engineers and staff.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and costs.
• Identify and solve technical delivery issues.
• Maintain client and contractor relationships.
• Perform site visits and support construction administration.
