Actalent is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer (PE) in Columbus, OH, to lead structural engineering for industrial and infrastructure projects. The role combines technical leadership with team mentoring and business development responsibilities in a hybrid Columbus office.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years of experience, a PE license, and proficiency in STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination tools. Remote Mondays/Fridays, in-office Tue-Thu, with travel across the Midwest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering required.
• Licensed PE in US (Ohio or able to obtain).
• 12+ years of structural engineering experience on industrial/infrastructure projects.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams and project delivery.
• Proficiency with structural analysis software (STAAD.Pro) and BIM tools.
