The role focuses on acting as Engineer of Record, directing inspections, capital improvements, and technical leadership while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with clients. Strong FL code knowledge and client-facing leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Experience with commercial, multifamily, or condominium buildings.
• Strong knowledge of Florida building codes and structural design.
• Excellent client-facing and leadership skills.
