Job summary

StructureCare, a national leader in parking structure engineering, repair, and maintenance, seeks a Senior Structural Engineer for the Tampa territory. You will survey and evaluate existing structures, prepare inspection reports, and communicate results with clients and the business development team.

You will mentor peers, assist in training, and provide technical guidance while supporting sales activities to strengthen customer relationships and secure new business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in concrete construction, repair, restoration, and forensic investigation.
• Experience performing forensic/restoration engineering on existing parking structures of various types.
• Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Civil/Structural Engineering; P.E. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Survey and evaluate existing structures; prepare inspection reports for customers and Territory Manager.
• Communicate assessments and follow-up plans to clients and business development colleagues.
• Engineer structural repairs within assigned territory and review calculations/drawings as required.
• Provide technical sales support to help maintain and win customer relationships.
