Job summary

High Steel Structures LLC is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to survey, evaluate, and report on existing structures, primarily in the Indianapolis territory. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with at least 7 years of relevant experience in concrete-related fields.

This role involves technical sales support, mentoring new engineers, and requires independent schedule management with considerable time in the field. Excellent benefits including tuition assistance, medical, and 401(k) plans are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in concrete construction and repair.
• Demonstrated expertise in forensic and restoration engineering for parking structures.
• P.E. preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Survey and evaluate existing structures for maintenance and repair.
• Communicate assessments and follow-up plans with business development.
• Engineer structural repairs within assigned territory.
• Review calculations and structural drawings as required.
• Provide technical sales support to enhance client relationships.
