Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Structural Engineer to support large-scale mechanical and facility projects in the engineering and defense-support sectors. The position is on-site in Dallastown, PA, and the Structural Engineer will lead technical efforts across engineering teams.

You will provide structural analysis, review designs, mentor staff, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive sound engineering decisions for critical infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in structural engineering for large-scale mechanical, industrial, maritime, or energy-related structures.
• PE license with structural emphasis in South Carolina.
• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering with structural focus, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide structural engineering analysis, design review, and technical oversight for large mechanical structures and facility systems.
• Support projects involving industrial, maritime, energy, and defense-related infrastructure.
• Mentor and guide engineering personnel across multiple teams in a matrixed environment.
• Collaborate with senior engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on project execution and design decisions.
• Conduct structural assessments and recommend solutions to meet applicable standards and project requirements.
