Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions seeks a Senior Structural Engineer to design buildings and foundations, lead engineers, and ensure regulatory compliance across nuclear and industrial sectors. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and manage design calculations and quality assurance.

The role offers opportunities across Lenexa, Oak Ridge, Reston, Houston, and other sites with potential remote/hybrid arrangements. 3–5 years in nuclear is preferred; PE licensure highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Master’s is an asset).
• PE registration in at least one state.

Responsibilities

• Perform as individual contributor with minimal guidance from managers.
• Lead teams of engineers and mentor junior staff.
