Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in structural design, coordination, and integration.
• Deep understanding of US structural codes and preparation of calculation packages.

Responsibilities

• Integrate R&D structural solutions into project-specific residential floor plans.
• Lead structural validation efforts and ensure compliance with US building codes.
• Develop and maintain coordinated Revit models and fabrication-ready documentation.
• Provide hands-on engineering support during first builds.
• Collaborate with BIM and MCAD teams to improve factory throughput.
