Job summary

Tetra Tech Rooney, a Tetra Tech Inc. business unit, seeks a Structural Engineer for in-office roles in Englewood, CO, Billings, MT, or Casper, WY. You will provide design and analysis for pipelines, compressor stations, and related facilities nationwide, working with a team of established consultants in the energy sector.

Required B.S. in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited) with 5–10 years of experience and a PE license. SE qualifications are a plus; travel up to 10% expected.

Qualifications

• B.S. in ABET-accredited Civil Engineering program with 5–10 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is required; SE qualifications are desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience or knowledge in midstream oil & gas industry preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide design engineering and technical support for pipeline, compressor stations, pump stations, and related facilities nationwide.
• Apply civil/structural engineering knowledge to industrial capital projects and develop scopes of work.
• Collaborate with a team of consultants with a track record in the Energy Industry.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, including pre-employment drug screening and valid driver's license.
