The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 8+ years of structural design experience, a PE license in Florida, and strong client development and communication skills. This role offers a flexible, hybrid schedule and opportunities for leadership within a growing, employee-owned firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred
• 8+ years of experience in structural design of buildings
• PE license in FL or ability to gain registration in other states
• Proficient with Bluebeam and REVIT
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills
• Experience in business development is preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects, set priorities, and manage budgets
• Mentor junior structural staff
• Lead project teams from design through delivery
• Develop proposals and help build FL backlog through BD activities
