Pennoni is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead building projects in the Tallahassee, FL area on a full-time basis. The role requires directing design efforts, coordinating with clients and consultants, and mentoring junior staff. A Florida P.E.

license and extensive hands-on experience are essential. The successful candidate will manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets while performing structural analysis for concrete, steel, masonry, and wood systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in structural engineering required.
• Active Florida Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Minimum 8+ years of professional structural engineering experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit required.
• Experience with RAM, STAAD, ENERCALC or Mathcad preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead structural design and analysis of buildings across markets.
• Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and QA/QC.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors.
• Mentor junior staff and drafters; manage project teams.
• Support field investigations and condition assessments as needed.
