Responsibilities

• Lead structural design for varied and complex projects.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers.
• Perform advanced structural analyses and present findings.
• Contribute to the production of a project when needed.
• Perform QA/QC and ensure designs meet quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Develop standards and/or guidelines for engineering activities.
• Engage with clients to understand technical needs.
