Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 5+ years of structural engineering consulting experience.
• Experience designing structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and foundation systems.
• Proficiency with RAM, ETABS, STAAD Pro, RISA, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of applicable building codes, structural standards, and design methodologies.
• Experience preparing construction documents and coordinating with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong communication, project management, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural projects from concept through construction, not limited to a single technical specialty.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects.
