Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of structural engineering experience with proficiency in SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, StructurePoint, and Revit.
• Experience contributing to steel, concrete, and timber system designs.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills; proactive workload management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of structural analysis, design, and detailing tasks of increasing complexity.
• Develop and refine construction documents in BIM environment with high quality reviews.
• Collaborate with architects, builders, and engineers and communicate technical needs clearly.
• Provide technical guidance to interns and junior engineers.
• Observe client interactions and develop a broader project understanding and network.
