Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural or Structural Engineering or related discipline.
- PE license or clearly indicated eligibility for licensure.
- Extensive experience in design and project leadership across structural disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of applicable federal, state and local regulations.
- Travel up to 10% may be required depending on project needs.
Responsibilities
- Directs development of models, drawings, and specs for structural projects.
- Reviews draft designs for regulatory compliance and signs off on designs.
- Coordinates designs with other engineering disciplines to ensure integration.
- Mentors junior staff and provides technical guidance on complex problems.
- Supports proposals and client interactions with technical insights.
