Job summary

A leading engineering firm is urgently hiring a Structural Engineer in Aiken, South Carolina. The role focuses on supporting project and facilities engineering, requiring expertise in structural design, piping supports, and HVAC duct support. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in civil engineering along with at least 10 years of experience in infrastructure project design and construction. Qualifications

• At least 10 years of professional experience in design and construction of infrastructure projects.
• Department of Energy clearance is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support design efforts of modifications on existing facilities.
• Assist in the design and construction of infrastructure projects.
• Work with a multi-engineer team for facility design improvements.
• Perform structural analysis, including calculations.
• Be able to perform walkdowns as required.
