Job summary

A premier construction firm invites a licensed Senior Structural Engineer to join its design team in St. Louis. The successful candidate will collaborate with in-house teams to provide Structural Design and Quality Assurance on industrial projects. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, at least 5 years of commercial project design experience, and ideally a PE license. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing commercial projects, ideally industrial.
• PE and/or SE license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Involved from the beginning to foresee preliminary design problems.
• Design projects to the builder’s strength for easier engineering changes.
• Build relationships with field staff such as superintendents.
