Tier4 Group is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead complex industrial, manufacturing, and facility infrastructure projects in Owings Mills, MD. The role blends hands-on engineering, project execution, and client engagement in a hybrid setting.

You will mentor engineers, drive engineering excellence, and oversee multiple projects from concept to construction, ensuring compliance with codes and standards in highly regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; SE license preferred.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering efforts on multiple projects from concept through construction.
• Serve as a technical SME for structural systems and facility engineering challenges.
• Develop and review designs, calculations, reports, specs, and construction documents.
• Perform structural analysis for steel, concrete, and masonry systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Support field visits, client interactions, and construction-phase services.
