This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Professional Engineer who enjoys balancing hands‑on technical work with project leadership, client interaction, and mentorship of engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering projects from concept through construction support.
• Perform structural analysis and design for steel, reinforced concrete, and masonry systems.
• Conduct structural assessments, inspections, investigations, and condition evaluations of existing facilities.
• Develop repair recommendations and structural improvement plans.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, reports, specifications, and construction documents.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors, architects, and clients.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and oversight to engineers and designers.
• Support facility expansions, renovations, retrofits, and modernization initiatives.
• Participate in site visits, client meetings, and construction-phase support activities.

Required Qualifications
