Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
• Structural Engineer in Minnesota or Wisconsin with 10+ years of heavy industrial design experience.
• Proficiency with structural software (RISA 3D or Ram Structural System, MathCAD, MS Office).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit; strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience mentoring engineers and traveling up to 30% for site activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage a range of industrial and commercial structures.
• Lead multi-disciplinary projects from concept through construction administration.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and support business development through proposals and client meetings.
