Krech Ojard & Associates, Inc. in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to design, analyze, and oversee complex structural systems across diverse projects in North America.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's in Civil or Structural Engineering, a Professional Engineering license, at least 5 years of post-graduate experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and related tools. Travel up to 25% is expected.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineering License.
- 5+ years of post-graduate experience in a structural engineering environment.
- Knowledge of advanced structural engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and related software.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and design of structural systems and components.
- Knowledge of building and non-building structures and systems.
- Develop and review plans, details, calculations, and specifications of structural systems.
- Direct Engineers-in-Training and technicians in the preparations of documentation.
- Site observations and inspection of construction projects.
- Prepare reports and oral presentations for internal and client use.
- Maintain budget and deadlines to client satisfaction.
- Work within multi-disciplinary teams in varying roles.
