ACS Professional Staffing is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer for a client engineering firm focused on renewable energy, water, and environmental solutions. The role involves leading multi-discipline project teams, overseeing hydroelectric and water resource infrastructure design, and ensuring quality across deliverables.

The position is full-time in the Pacific Northwest region, primarily Redmond, WA, with other supported locations.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Civil Engineering degree required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Experience with hydroelectric or water resource projects preferred.
• Proficiency with structural analysis and design of concrete/steel in water environments.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and project leadership for multiple projects.
• Coordinate cross-discipline teams and review deliverables.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budgets; mentor staff.
• Engage with clients and manage long-term relationships.
