Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Staff Structural Engineer (PE or Senior EIT) in Wilmington, Delaware. This hybrid role requires at least 6 years of project experience, with responsibilities including leading project components and mentoring junior engineers.

The position offers opportunities to grow into senior technical or project leadership roles, with a competitive salary range of $85,000–$125,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 6 or more years of relevant structural engineering project experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License or Senior EIT candidate looking to write their PE exam in the next 6 months.
• Strong knowledge of USA National codes and standards such as IBC, ACI, AISC.

Responsibilities

• Lead key project components and mentor junior engineers.
• Develop calculations, plans, specifications, and other contract documents.
• Perform Construction Administration duties, including field observation and responding to RFIs.
