Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join the Advanced Manufacturing team and work on data center projects, including new builds, retrofits and colocations. You will perform diverse structural engineering tasks, expanding your design methods and tools as you contribute to project delivery.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across Jacobs offices domestically and internationally, growing technically and advancing into leadership roles while benefiting from a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Engineering required.
• Registered Professional Engineer or ability to become registered in additional states.
• Experience with data centers or industrial projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and calculations for projects.
• Create computer models for structures.
• Coordinate designs with Jacobs offices domestically and internationally.
• Assist with travel to client sites (approx. 10–20%).
