Job summary

TLC Engineering Solutions in Bethesda, MD seeks a Structural Engineer to contribute to all project sizes, from concept to construction, with mentorship on complex work and independence on smaller projects. You’ll join a firm that emphasizes career development and a strong culture of project excellence.

The ideal candidate has an accredited civil/structural degree, 5+ years in architectural/engineering consulting, and practical Revit experience. PE is preferred or in progress.

Qualifications

• Accredited bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work independently on smaller projects with guidance on complex work.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for in-house coordination.
• Contribute to design and detailing from concept through construction.
• Demonstrate practical problem-solving and time management on projects.
