Godshall Recruiting seeks a Senior Structural Engineer in Greenville, SC to support design, analysis, and execution of heavy industrial, manufacturing, chemical, and refinery projects. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and leadership responsibilities on select projects.

You will perform calculations, develop construction documents, review drawings, and collaborate with clients and vendors while managing scope and budgets.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field required.
• 7+ years of structural engineering experience in industrial, refinery, manufacturing, chemical, or heavy industrial facilities.
• Experience performing structural analysis, calculations, and developing construction documents.
• EIT certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD; interest in Revit and BIM-based tools.
• Strong MS Office skills and excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

• Perform structural engineering calculations and develop design solutions for industrial facilities and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and review structural drawings, plans, and construction documents for accuracy and quality.
• Lead select single-discipline projects by developing scopes of work, estimating hours, coordinating resources, and reviewing deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while handling changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct field visits, installation reviews, inspections, and troubleshooting activities as needed.
• Present engineering concepts and technical recommendations to project teams and clients.
• Apply innovative problem-solving skills to develop practical and efficient structural solutions.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through industry organizations, training, and continuing education opportunities.
