Job summary

You will own design assignments, collaborate with senior engineers and project managers, and contribute to project execution and growth of the structural practice in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Minimum of 5 years structural engineering experience.
• Experience designing buildings, bridges, foundations, and infrastructure.
• Proficiency with structural analysis software and FE modeling.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D familiarity preferred.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design to codes and project requirements.
• Prepare calculations, reports, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex structural challenges.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure delivery.
• Communicate findings and project status to teams and clients.
• Assist with permitting, regulatory docs, and submittals.
• Support planning, budgeting, and proposal development.
• Review QA/QC of calculations and drawings.
• Contribute to engineering processes, standards, and workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers.
