Job summary
DGL Consulting Engineers, LLC is seeking an experienced civil/structural engineer to join our Development Division in Maumee, OH. This full‑time, exempt role requires coordinating all aspects of projects beyond the structural discipline, acting as engineer of record when required, and collaborating with staff and external partners to deliver quality solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (ABET accredited).
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Act as engineer of record for structural projects.
- Perform and oversee structural design and plan production; coordinate with staff engineers and CAD technicians.
- Coordinate with Project Manager to maintain client communications during design and construction.
- Coordinate with outside engineers and architects on project requirements.
- Review shop drawings, RFIs, and respond to construction questions.
- Propose improvements to DGL standards and procedures for project delivery and client experience.
- Attend client and technical meetings to develop relationships and business opportunities in the local market.
