Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in design/remediation for commercial/industrial facilities.
• Experience reading and creating construction drawings and specs.
• Experience in seismic design per IBC/ASCE standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design strategy and audit/remediation across sites.
• Communicate technical decisions to leadership and drive improvements.
• Provide full lifecycle support for AWS Data Centers from design to operations.
• Coordinate with regional engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Create, review, and release structural designs and RFPs.
• Manage external consultants and coordinate with internal teams.
• Improve quality, schedule, and reduce construction costs.
