Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Senior Engineer I to perform structural engineering for cooling tower projects across product lines. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, guide engineers and drafters, and ensure compliance with codes and standards while driving cost-effective solutions.

The role requires 6+ years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, and RISA tools, and a solid foundation in cooling tower design. Hybrid work is available after probation with some travel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Experience with design for manufacturing methods.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP Systems and engineering CAD tools.
• Experience in AutoCAD, MatchCAD, RISA2D, RISA3D, and Solid Edge.
• MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Knowledge of national building codes and cooling tower design basics.
• Ability to work with teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide structural engineering for complex cooling tower projects.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to design cost-efficient products.
• Direct work of engineers and drafters; review vendor documents.
• Support site erection, commissioning, and testing activities.
• Develop project plans and maintain quality and compliance.
• Lead technical discussions with sales, construction, and customers.
• Prepare operating manuals and engineering specifications.
