Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Prior oversight of design teams for County or State bridge projects.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Review structure submissions from project concept through project letting.
• Provide technical guidance as a subject matter expert.
• Prepare design computations and construction cost estimates.
• Perform QC checking and structural analysis.
• Assist with business development activities through project research.

Skills

Structural engineering expertise

Experience using CADD Software (MicroStation and/or AutoCAD)

Excellent communication skills

Strong work ethic

Ability to work on multiple projects

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

PA PE preferred

PennDOT design experience preferred
