Job summary

Coffman Engineers’ Anchorage office is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to assist in the design of commercial, institutional, and industrial structures. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and excel within a multi-discipline team, contributing to projects across various sectors.

The candidate should have a PE license, a Bachelor’s degree in a structural-related field, and 10+ years of engineering experience, with concrete and steel design experience and proficiency in structural

• Professional Engineering (PE) license is required.
• 10+ years of professional engineering experience; experience in concrete and steel design; familiarity with structural analysis software such as RISA 3D.

Coffman Engineers’ Anchorage office is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to assist in the design of commercial, institutional, and industrial structures. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and have a desire to work and grow with a multi-discipline engineering team.

Qualifications

Required Education, Credentials & Experience Include:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Architectural, or other structural engineering related field
• A Professional Engineering (PE) license
• 10+ years of professional engineering experience
• Experience in concrete and steel design
• Experience with structural analysis software (RISA 3D or similar)

Additional Education, Credentials & Experience Preferred (not required) Include:

• Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering
• Experience in masonry and timber design
• Registration as an SE
