Sargent & Lundy in San Juan is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to engage in exciting projects related to nuclear power plants. This role requires a strong background in structural engineering with a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience. You will collaborate with diverse teams and have the chance to lead innovative design solutions while enjoying a hybrid work model offering flexibility.

This is a senior engineering position that offers a variety of interesting and challenging opportunities in structural engineering and will provide an excellent opportunity to advance your career. You will collaborate with a team of structural engineers, interface with engineers from other disciplines, and guide the work of less experienced project team members.
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of spending three days a week in the office, giving you the flexibility to work remotely for two days.
