Senior Structural Engineer – Leadership Track + Complex Projects Northwest of Boston | $115,000 – $140,000 + Bonuses + Full Benefits

A well-established structural engineering firm in the Greater Boston area is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer ready to step into a lead role on challenging commercial, institutional, and residential mid-rise projects.

This is more than just a technical position—this is a visible, high-impact role with direct client interaction, team oversight, and a clear path to future firm leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the design and analysis of steel, concrete, wood, and masonry structures

• Oversee project delivery from concept through construction

• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, developers, and contractors

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal technical development

• Attend site visits, perform inspections, and manage client relationships

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Structural or Civil Engineering

• 8–15+ years of experience in structural design and analysis

• PE license required; SE preferred or a strong plus

• Proficiency in Revit, RAM, ETABS, and/or RISA

• Experience with commercial, institutional, or mixed-use buildings

• Confidence in a client-facing and leadership role
