  • Engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, third‑party contractors, and other government agencies to plan and execute design and construction projects.
  • Coordinate with program managers to develop Scopes of Work (SOWs) and prepare contract packages for future acquisitions.

  • Experience with blast effect modeling tools, e.g., VAPO, 3d Blast, Urban Blast Tool, Extreme Loading for Structures (ELS).
  • Strong organizational, communication, project management, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with reviewing and understanding construction drawings, construction specifications, and contract documents.
  • Experience working on large construction projects and interfacing with contractors, subcontractors, design team members, and owner’s representatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Active Top Secret security clearance
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree and/or Professional Engineer license preferred).
