  • Perform Quality Control functions of structural design and calculations generated by others
  • Actively engage in business development activities, including client contacts, project tracking, team development, and proposal writing.
  • Mentor less experienced team members to grow in their technical, business development, and project management skills.
  • Collaborate with roadway, drainage, geotechnical, and other disciplines to deliver high-quality project deliverables.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural Engineering emphasis
  • 10+ years of experience in bridge and transportation structures design
  • Minnesota Professional Engineer (PE) License, or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment
  • Strong working knowledge of structural analysis software such as CSiBridge, LARSA 4D, MIDAS, STAAD, Bentley OpenBridge Designer, as well as Bentley OpenRoads CAD software
