Job summary

Jobot in Wisconsin seeks a seasoned Senior Structural Engineer to lead projects from concept through construction. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables while designing and analyzing steel, concrete, and masonry structures.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, work with clients, review documents, and mentor engineers and designers. The role requires a PE license and 10+ years of structural engineering experience; SE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• PE license required; SE license preferred.
• At least 10 years of structural engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and structural materials; leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

Candidates should have strong knowledge of structural materials and building codes, project and team leadership experience, proficiency with Revit, BIM software, and Microsoft Office, and strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
