Your Talent Team is assisting a leading U.S. engineering consultancy in Baltimore to recruit a senior structural engineer. The role leads complex projects spanning steel, concrete, and masonry for commercial, institutional, industrial, and federal clients, directing design from concept through completion.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in structural design and project leadership, PE licensure, and strong communication skills to manage teams and clients effectively.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Professional Engineer license (PE).
• 8+ years of structural design and project leadership experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and related software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
