Job summary

Joseph Michaels International seeks an experienced structural engineer to lead complex projects and mentor design teams in our Maryland office. You’ll oversee design work from concept through completion for steel, concrete, and masonry structures across commercial, institutional, industrial, and federal clients.

The role requires a PE license and a BS in Civil Engineering, 8+ years of experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience guiding junior staff and coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in civil engineering required.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• 8+ years' experience in structural design and project leadership.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD and related software.
