Talent With Heart is seeking an experienced structural engineer in the Baltimore area to lead complex projects for commercial, institutional, industrial, and federal clients. You will direct design work from concept through completion and mentor junior staff.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships while collaborating with architects, contractors, and internal teams to deliver safe, economical structures and resilient designs.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Structural Engineer or Professional Engineer license.
• 8+ years' experience in structural design and project leadership.
• Skilled with tools like Office, AutoCAD, and related software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
