Job summary

You will lead multiple projects from concept to completion, collaborate across teams, and apply knowledge of retail display trends and manufacturing capabilities.

Excellent communication and time management are essential, with experience in POE display design and ArtiosCAD preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a BS/BA in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of industry experience preferred, especially in PO/P display and packaging.
• Advanced proficiency with ArtiosCAD and display manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Display Engineering & Prototyping: Develop structural designs for merchandising displays and packaging, create prototypes, and ensure manufacturability.
• Manufacturing Preparation: Prepare detailed files and specifications optimized for manufacturing processes.
• Cost Optimization & Process Expertise: Design with cost efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Collaboration: Work with Design teams and other departments to drive solutions.
• Manage Design Projects: Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion with timelines.
• Industry & Retail Knowledge: Apply trends and retailer requirements to deliver practical solutions.
