Job summary

Eastman is seeking an experienced engineer for 2D structural design in civil, steel, and architectural front. You will draft 2D drawings and collaborate with global teams on project deliverables, using AutoCAD and MicroStation in a multi-discipline environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of civil/structural drafting experience, familiarity with ACI and AISC codes, and the ability to incorporate client redlines while coordinating with Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation groups.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an engineering and/or EPC environment.
• Experience with AutoCAD and MicroStation.
• Familiarity with American codes ACI and AISC.

Responsibilities

• Develop 2D drawings of steel and concrete structures from engineer instructions.
• Collaborate with global counterparts on deliverables for civil and structural elements.
• Work in Bentley MicroStation and AutoCAD environments.
• Incorporate client redlines or markups into drawings.
• Understand and apply steel and concrete design practices.
• Coordinate with Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation teams.
