Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $132,000.00/yr

Title : Senior Structural Designer

Salary: Based on relevant and applicable experience

• Paygrade A Range: $72,000 – $107,000
• Paygrade B Range: $91,000 – $132,000

Benefits : Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, HSA, 401K, company-paid Life & AD&D, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, Supplemental Life & Dependent Life Insurance, generous Paid Time Off, 8 paid holidays, and exempt staff compensation for hours over 40/week

Education, Skills, and Experience

• Associate’s Degree in a related discipline preferred; candidates without a degree but with exceptional experience will be considered.
• Significant heavy industrial (refining, power, chemical, etc.) design/drafting experience required, with capabilities in equipment layout and structural design for retrofit projects.
• Ability to identify items (e.g., pipe supports, structural steel) in the field; field documentation experience required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• 3D design and modeling experience with CADWorx required; Revit & Plant 3D experience will also be considered.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead work execution and resolve issues in a team environment.
• Capable of working directly with clients from proposal development through project execution.
• Previous consulting experience strongly preferred.

Certifications & Requirements

• Eligibility to obtain or currently hold a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
• Legal right to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client industrial facilities, wear required PPE, and comply with safety policies.
