Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or on track for licensure
  • Approximately 6 years of structural engineering experience
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., RISA, RAM, Revit, AutoCAD)
  • Experience with building codes, construction documents, and field coordination

  • Support project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and client communication
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
