Job summary

Allegiance Group in Washington DC seeks experienced Project Managers to join a growing construction team delivering high-profile multi-family, high-rise residential and hospitality projects.

You will own projects from preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets, schedules, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and closeout with senior leadership, coordinating with superintendents, owners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Solid understanding of project costs, schedules, contracts and change management.
• Excellent communication and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Manage budgets, cost tracking and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with Superintendents and field operations.
• Maintain relationships with General Contractors, owners and stakeholders.
• Monitor labor, materials, equipment, and overall performance.
• Identify risks and resolve issues affecting schedule or cost.
• Lead project closeout and financial reconciliation.
