M&J Engineering, D.P.C. seeks an experienced Sr Project Manager to lead structural engineering and bridge design projects across the DMV region.

You will manage projects, provide technical leadership, supervise staff, coordinate with clients, and drive business development while ensuring budgets, schedules, and deliverables meet quality standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• PE license in DC/MD/VA or reciprocity.
• 8+ years of structural engineering and bridge design experience.
• Strong project and budget management & client management skills.
• Experience with AASHTO standards and transportation structures.

Responsibilities

• Provide structural design expertise and lead projects in DMV areas.
• Oversee design and inspection activity and coordinate with other disciplines across structures and bridges.
• Lead QA/QC for design accuracy and conformance to standards.
• Maintain technical knowledge and engage with engineering committees to expand capabilities.
• Manage project billing, budgets, scheduling, proposals, and subconsultant management.
• Liaise with clients and subconsultants through clear verbal and written communication.
