Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of related experience; or graduate degree with 4+ years.
• Experience with FEA and hand calculations; proficient with Femap/NASTRAN.
• Aerospace systems background with structural/dynamics analysis.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Interpret design specifications and create finite element models for structural analysis.
• Analyze models for stress, strain, displacement, modes at component and assembly levels.
• Lead teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Present results to customers and management.
• Interface with suppliers and other disciplines to drive designs to closure.
