Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, Aeronautical or Materials.
• 5+ years' related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops structural repairs on Boeing and MD series models.
• Develops static and fatigue analyses for primary and secondary structures.
• Collaborates with customers via verbal and written communications.
• Communicates with Boeing and customer executive leadership.
• Reviews customer requests and determines best resolution path.
• Provides repair solutions and approval forms to customers.
• Collaborates with multiple Boeing teams to develop repair solutions.
• Reviews outgoing customer messages for content and quality.
• Initiates proactive repair solutions across the Boeing fleet.
• Analyzes and develops substantiation packages for repairs and/or fly-on limits.
• Researches technical, operational, and quality issues unresolved by customer.
• Assesses incoming customer communications to resolve fleet safety issues.
• Helps customers keep aircraft flying safely addressing urgent AOG issues.
