Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Three to five years prior related field experience.
• Drug screening and criminal background check required.
• Valid Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and schedules daily tasks and issues work orders to crews.
• Supervises crews and inspects work in progress.
• Trains employees in equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Resolves potholes, street maintenance, and related complaints.
• Provides supervision during storms and emergencies.
• Maintains records and processes paperwork.
• Oversees material control and requisitions materials.
• Operates and maintains street maintenance equipment as needed.
• Assists with budget preparation for the Street Maintenance Division.
• Ensures proper MUTCD traffic control usage and placement.
