Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :

$90,710 - $122,726

Expertise managing portfolios, projects and organizational change needed

Join the team responsible for managing the strategy portfolio. You’ll collaborate with colleagues to shepherd items through the portfolio lifecycle and on through approval, delivery and execution. An informal leader on a high-performing team, you’ll allocate work that helps facilitate decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Define and prepare organization-wide strategy portfolio items
• Develop cost estimates and budgets
• Size and prioritize items
• Collaborate on implementing the solution
• Co-ordinate and synchronize epic-related activities across teams and divisions
• Facilitate implementation through the continuous delivery pipeline
• Participate in critical activities including program increment, planning and demos
• Report on measures and metrics
• Proactively identify potential issues and engage in active problem-solving
• Create presentations, reports or documentation as required

What You’ll Need

• Portfolio management, business case and project planning background
• Working knowledge of outcome-based strategy design, change methodology and strategic planning, including measures and metrics
